RETURNS: All returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt and must be in original, re-sellable condition unless merchandise is defective or damaged in shipping. Damaged items must be returned with original shipping box if item was damaged in shipping. You should receive a refund within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card that was originally used for purchase. EXCHANGE: If you change your mind and would like to exchange for a different item please return the original purchase to us in new condition. Exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. SHIPPING: We will refund your shipping costs only if the return is a result of “Cool Comic Collectibles” error or manufacturer's defect. When exchanging merchandise for a similar item, additional shipping charges will incur. Please include the following information with the return of your package: • Your Name • Invoice Number • Reason for return • Would you like a refund or replacement merchandise? • If replacement, list replacement merchandise. • RA # (Which will be provided to you via email) Please write the RA # on the outside of the package * * * If the above information is not included we will not be able to process your return. When returning merchandise we recommend adding insurance for your protection. |
